Josh Neeley was my Service Advisor. I had explained that I was able to have the necessary oil change and to get an estimate on the other maintenance for 80K-100K also. He listened and after the inspection also found I needed new brakes. Everything thing was within my budget to finance with a 0% credit card and I was grateful for his diligence in listening to my needs. That is a rarity in most retail or service industries.

This would have been a 5 star but the sales manager, Scott, did not call another dealership to see if he could trade vehicles with them so that I could get the color that I wanted most.

My Taos developed two of the 2022 and 2923 models’ issues: problems with leaking coolant and worn out brake pads. The dealership fixed both and gave me a goodwill discount. I have been a leasing customer since about 2005 and always return to Fairfield VW for service. Neither of these repairs was due to my driving. The car had 29,419 mi. On odometer.

Service was great but I had an oil overflow light turn off two days after service. It has since gone off but gives me general unease. Plus it would have been nice if they vaccuumed and washed the car.
